IT Replacement

As part of a national roll out, our Clinical IT system is being replaced. 

This means that on the following days, we will be operating a reduced service and will only be able to deal with urgent, critical queries.

  • Thursday 5th December
  • Friday 6th December
  • Monday 9th December
  • Tuesday 10th December

Additionally, we cannot process Repeat Prescriptions, Medical Certificates or  Test Results etc. If you are due to request your repeat prescription on any of the following days, please submit your request before lunchtime on Wednesday 4th December.

We may be a bit slower than usual when we’re back up and running as we get used to our new system, so we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
