We have had a significant increase in patients phoning or coming to the practice asking if a prescription is ready before the expected time.
Please ensure you allow 72 hours for repeat prescription requests.
If you are being given a prescription following an online or telephone consultation, the collections times are as follows –
- Morning online or telephone consultations – collect after 2pm
- Afternoon online or telephone consultations – collect after 4.30pm
If the prescription hasn’t been sent to the reception desk yet by the doctor, you may be asked to come back at a later time.
